Abstract

Objective To explore the value of treadmill exercise test(TET) in diagnosing coronary heart disease(CAD) and evaluating percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods Compare the results of TET test and coronary angiography in 155 cases with suspected coronary heart disease and compare the results of TET test before and after coronary intervention. Results Sensitive value of treadmill exercise test in diagnosing CAD were 70.9%,specificity value 50.7%.Positive rate in 2 branch stenosis and 3 branch stenosis were higher than single branch stenosis(P0.05),the duration、extent and leads of ST depression were more severe than single branch stenosis(P0.05).Positive rate decreased after intervention(P0.05). Conclusions TET can help CAD diagnosis and evaluate the range of coronary stenosis and the effect of intervention. But it has a little limitation.
