Abstract

Ultrasonic machining has been proved to be an effective way of machining hard and brittle materials such as ceramics,diamond,and semiconductor.But the machining efficiency is so low that limits its wide application.According to the material removal rate model of ultrasonic machining,therefore,we study the ultrasonic machining parameters of the abrasive particles,static load,etc.and confirm the impact of various parameters on material removal rate.
