Study on quality standard for Feierganji Granules

Abstract

Radix paeoniae Alba,Radix glycyrrhizae were identified by TLC,and the content for Paeoniflorin in Feierganji granules was determined by HPLC.Condition of HPLC was Hanbon science C18 column (Φ4.6 mm×250 mm;5 μm),the mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-water(V/V=15∶85);the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;the detection wavelength was 230 nm.Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix glycyrrhizae could be identified by TLC.Paeoniflorin showed a good linear ralationship at a range of 0.154 8～2.476 8 μg(r=0.999 95).The average recovery was 100.24% with RSD1.8%(n=9).The method is simple,accurate and can be used for quality control of Feierganji Granules.
