Abstract
Radix paeoniae Alba,Radix glycyrrhizae were identified by TLC,and the content for Paeoniflorin in Feierganji granules was determined by HPLC.Condition of HPLC was Hanbon science C18 column (Φ4.6 mm×250 mm;5 μm),the mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-water(V/V=15∶85);the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;the detection wavelength was 230 nm.Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix glycyrrhizae could be identified by TLC.Paeoniflorin showed a good linear ralationship at a range of 0.154 8~2.476 8 μg(r=0.999 95).The average recovery was 100.24% with RSD1.8%(n=9).The method is simple,accurate and can be used for quality control of Feierganji Granules.
