Study on Quality Standard of Kangyuan Granules

Abstract

Objective:To control the quality of Kangyuan Granules.Methods:Radix angelicae sinensis, Radix paeoniae alba and Radix astragali of Kangyuan Granules were identified by TLC.Paeoniflorin of the Kangyuan Granules was determined by HPLC.Using a Phenomenex Prodigy ODS-3(4.6mm×150mm,5μm).The mo- bile phases consisted of 0.05mol/L KH_2PO_4-ACN(75:15).The UV detector at 230nm.Results:The studies showed that spot of naringoside on TLC can be well separated.paeoniflorin was linear(r=0.9998)within the range of 0.49 -4.89μg,the average recovery was 98.6% with RSD=0.97%.Conclusions:The method established was simple,ac- curate and with good reproducibility.The method can be used for quality control of Kangyuan Granules.
