Reflection on the Failure of the Transformation of the Soviet Communist Ruling Mode

The traditional ruling mode of the Soviet Communist Party has many disadvantages: highly centralized power,individual arbitrariness,abuse of power,mistakes in policy making and political corruption.The Soviet Communist Party had made so many left-leaning and right-leaning mistakes successively in its reform of the ruling mode that the failure of the reform was inevitable.The downfall of the ruling mode of the Soviet Communist Party is an important institutional factor that caused the Soviets Communist Party's defeat.In the face of new challenges,the ruling Communist Party in socialist countries must transform its ruling ways.Under the premises of observing the principles of timing,stability and gradualness,the traditional ruling way,centralized and ruled by man,must be converted into the modern ruling one that is legitimate,indirect,democratic and ruled by law.
