A Study of Training Mode of Application-oriented Logistics Undergraduate

With the ever-increasing demand for logistics talents from society,the training of logistics talents is paid more and more attention.In the training process,the applicationoriented logistics talents become a focus of direction for undergraduate education.However,the training of logistics talents is a systematic project.The training model of logistics management major of the colleges and universities in china has many shortcomings and inadequacies.This article aims to propose that the training of the application-oriented logistics undergraduate should firstly develop a clear training objectives and principles,and then build a complete teaching system under the guidance of the teaching.This paper analyzes the problems in the training of the application-oriented logistics undergraduate of the colleges and universities in china.And this paper proposes some reform ideas including setting reasonable curriculum,and strengthening the practice of teaching,improving the teaching staff and others.
