The Learning Method of Logistics Talents Training Based on Practice and Theory in the New Era

It is one of the important tasks on university logistics talents training of the practical capability. In order to solve the main problems on the practical capability of university logistics talents, this paper presented a multi-level and multi-faceted logistics practical capability training model. The major measures of logistic practical capability training were proposed and expounded based on both inside and outside college practice training including cross-regional logistics enterprise training, the logistics training in the multi-type of enterprises and production logistics training in the school-enterprise cooperation process.
