Research and Practice on Innovation of Training Mode for Logistics Management Talents in Finance and Economics Universities

The finance and economics universities are particularly suited to cultivating logistics management talents.This paper,through the survey and analysis of 48 domestic public colleges and universities,finds some common problems existed in the aspects of training objectives,training standard,training ways,curriculum provision,practical teaching and so on.In order to cultivate social needed logistics management talents,some innovation measures of talent training mode are proposed,including building modular professional curriculum system,improving practice teaching mode,training more double-quality teachers and so on.
