Abstract

Objective To discuss neovascular glaucoma surgical treatment. Methods 12 patients(12eyes)with neovascular glaucoma underwent anterior chamber paracentesis, then trabeculectomy.Methds Observe intraocular pressure before and after surgery and regression of iris neovascularization etc. Results All patients were followed to 6 months,10 patients with good control of intraocular pressure,83% success rate. Conclusions Anterior chamber paracentesis and trabeculectomy for neovascular glaucoma is a practical and effective method.
