Abstract

Objective To explore the changer of serum level of interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R) and the relation with electric injuried area. Methods 26 injuried patients were dividied separately into three group bassed on the degree of III0 area(group A≤5%,n=11;5%groupB≤10%,n=8;group C10%,n=7)Normal group(n=10)and severe burns group(n=10)to contrast.Measuring the sIL-2R at different post-injury time points. Results Comparing with sIL-2R in vary groups of degree of Ⅲ° area and the control groups of severe burns:There was not significant difference of sIL-2R except it was between comparing group A with the other three groups when the first and second week after injury. There were significant difference of sIL-2R between comparing group of burns with group A and groups C and between comparing group A with the other three groups when the third week after injury. There were significant difference of sIL-2R except it was between comparing groups of burns with group A and group B when the fourth week after injury.Comparison in the every group:There were significant difference of sIL-2R except it was during comparing second with fourth week in group of burns;comparing with second, third and fourth week in group A;Comparing the first with second week, the second with fourth week and the third with fourth week after injury in group B;comparing the third with fourth week after injury in group C.Conclusions The vary degree of electric injuried area could cause the rise of sIL-2R.The rise of sIL-2R was positive correlation to the electric injuried area. The degree of the rise and time of duration by it were more serious and more duarable by other severe burns.
