Abstract
The Box-Behnken design was used to define more precisely the key factors affecting polysaccharide extraction from Flammulina velutipes selected on the basis of single factor experiments.Data revealed that extraction temperature, extraction time and the solid-liquid ratio were the most influential parameters, and that the optimal extraction conditions consisted of a single extraction conducted at pH 7 and 87 ℃ for 2 h,and a solid-liquid ratio of 1∶20.Under these conditions, the yield of F.velutipes polysaccharide was 1.38%.
