Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and patient satisfaction of nursing intervention in neurosurgical patients after tracheotomy esophageal reflux. Methods 50 cases of hospital patients after neurosurgery tracheotomy unblinded randomized into two groups, the control group were treated with routine care of patients in the experimental group applied on esophageal reflux professional care, intervention and comparison groups of patients satisfaction. Results The patients esophageal reflux, respiratory infection and death rate was significantly lower than the control group, the successful extubation was significantly higher, there is a significant difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05); the rate of two groups of patients in critical condition there is no significant difference was not statistically significant( P 0. 05); satisfaction with patient care in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, there was a significant difference statistically significant( P 0. 01). Conclusion Nursing intervention neurosurgical patients after tracheotomy esophageal reflux clinical results significantly, can increase satisfaction with Reference.
