Abstract
The PET/PA superfine non-woven fabrics were dyed with Terasil disperse dyes by pad dyeing. The effects of alginate sodium, diffusion accelerator PB,temperature and time of baking on the K/S value and levelness were studied. The optimal dyeing processes were the concentration of alginate sodium 10 g/L,the concentration of diffusion accelerator PB 5 g/L,the temperature of baking 170℃,the time of baking 2.5 minutes. The fastnesses of dyed PET/PA superfine non-woven fabrics were above 3-4.
