Retrospective analysis of 54 diabetic foot cases

Objective Analysis of the clinical features and the treatment of diabetic foot,gathering the experience of preventing and treating diabetic foot.Methods 54 cases of diabetic foot ulcer patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results After 15-30 days 36 cases are recovery(66.7%).12 cases are geting better,basic healing(22.3%).6 cases of elderly patients with long course of the disease and large area,are Amputated surgery(11.1%).Conclusion Only do early preventtion,early diagnosis and early comprehensive treatment,In particular,given strict control of blood glucose and strengthening the local wound treatment,may reduced or deferred the incidence and development of diabetic foot.
