Abstract
Objective Discuss epidemiology, diagnosis and treatment of diabetic foot progress. Methods From 2006 to 2008,45 cases of patients with diabetic foot of the popular features, performance and clinical diagnosis and treatment of a comprehensive analysis of the situation. Results The patients with diabetes less than 60-year-old group foot ulcers occurred in 11.05 percent, more than 60-year-old group foot ulcer rate was 14.44 percent, the incidence of foot gangrene 3.4%. 70~80 ages group the highest incidence of foot disease,as high as 37.6 percent, after systemic treatment of such patients, infection control can be reasonable to minimize and reduce amputation rates. Conclusion Diabetic foot common in the elderly, patients with diabetic foot complications and more serious, often combined a variety of cardiovascular risk factors,as long as proper treatment, patients with foot ulcers can be cured, amputations can be avoided.
