Clinical analysis of 45 patients with diabetic foot ulcer

Abstract
Objective To discuss treatment of diabetic foot ulcer with internal medicine.Methods The data concerning the comprehensive treatment of 45 diabetic foot ulcer patient were retrospectively analyzed.Results There 29 cases wee cured and 5 cases were improved.But 3 cases not cured,7 cases were amputated and one died with a total effectiveness of 75%.Conclusion Early diagnosis and treatment is effective for reducing the occurrence of diabetic foot ulcer and the use of amputation.
