Rules of WTO and the Legal System of China's Market Economy: the Urgent Task for Current Comparative Studies of Economic Law

Abstract

This article, in consideration of the current trend of globalization and in the perspective of comparative law, analyzes the influence on the legal system of Chinas market economy by acceding to WTO, and puts forward the countermeasures and proposals about building and improving the economic legal system, which accords with international rules. In addition, the article appeals for the mobilization of research forces in the study of comparative economic law.
