Abstract
Ten millet variaties from North China were crossed with highly male sterile line Gao117A and Gao146A.The sterile gene of highly male sterility line was analyzed based on the fertility reaction of F2 and BC1F1 segregating population. The results showed that the sterility of two male sterile line was controlled by a pair of major recessive genes and minor-polygene.
