Abstract

School enterprise community talent training mode can bring talent training into enterprise value chain, perfect double-qualified teachers training together, construct theory and practice integration teaching system corresponding with enterprise occupation ability together, enhance the response capacity of talent training mode to industry enterprise requirement, strengthen the enterprise participating power in school enterprise cooperation, broaden the way of thinking in school running, optimize the education resource, innovate the education mode, fulfill the goal of deepening talent training mode and curriculum reform, strengthening teacher team construction, enhancing social service ability, promoting integral school-running ability and improving talent training quality.
