Implement quality education and improve practice quality

Practice is a weak point in current higher education system.We should improve the effectiveness of practice by unifying the quality education ideology of universities,students,and enterprises.The universities should build effective practice mechanism,perfect intendance system,increase fund,allocate tutors of differ- ent ages,and promote the combination of enterprises,university and research institutes.At the same time, they should sparkplug students to think highly of practice,lead students to finish practice teaching,strengthen self-study ability,creativity and practical skills,as well as self-improvement.Universities can get more sup- port in practice teaching and improve quality of practice through increasing exchange and cooperation between universities and enterprises.
