Discussion on Strengthening Practice Education and Improving Management Mode of Private Colleges and Universities

At present,higher education students failed to meet the needs of employers,which reduced the situation that students is difficult to find job and enterprises is hard to recruit workers.The fundamental reason lies in the lack of practice education in the higher education.As the supplementary educational resources,private colleges should focus on the cultivation practice-based persons to meet the needs of the employer.In this article,author analyzed the status and drawbacks of the current practice education,and proposed to build a new practice education system and strengthen the integration of internal and external practice resources,to further enhance the level of practice education.
