Abstract
Civil law as the basic law of market economy,and economic law as an independent legal department,are inter-complementary and combined to form the theory of organic market-oriented law system,which is accepted by more scholars.It is helpful to perfect the basic theory of civil law and economic law and bring the function of them into full play by looking back and comparing their historical development.
