Abstract

The civil law is a rights law,which is revealed in its system,standard and aim.The civil law is a private law,which has important significance for legislation,judicature and education in law.The civil law is a citizen society law,for it comes into being and develops on the basis of the citizen society.The civil law is a basic law for market economy, for it establishes the qualification of the main body of market,ownership of propety, the system of utilization and circulation to guide the operation of market economy.
