The Relationships Between Economic Law and Civil Law

In recent years, the contention about the civil law and the economic law in theory circles is the less and the less. The civil law is the basic law as market economy ,the economic law as independent law department.the theory that is an organic market-oriented law system by constituted in exchange and replenish, more scholars are accepting it,straighten out the position and relationships between them and theory,and bring the function of China's economics and civil law into full play have practical or immediate significance after China's entry into WTO.
