On Building Service-oriented Government and New Public Services Theory

With the scholars of the new public service theory in-depth research and the continued development of reform and opening up,both the government and society with the people,or the relationship between the government and the market has undergone profound changes have taken place.In order to adapt to such changes,governments at all levels to build a service-oriented government as the goal,continued to accelerate the change of government functions.However,in various parts of the service-oriented government-building process,there are still many problems.Based on the analysis of a new public service theory with the characteristics of the content,we think that building a service-oriented government;we must uphold the party's leadership,strengthen supervision by the NPC,improve citizen participation and accelerate the development of social organizations.
