Rethinking of the Problems and Countermeasures of Building Service-oriented Government

It has been recognized by governments around the world that government provides social services. As a socialisn country wiht Chinese characteristics,Chinese government is building Service-oriented Government,that is thinking of people,with the core competitiveness and the sense of responsibility. However,some problems exist. For example, the service function of the government is not clear,the consciousness of service is weak, the public service mechanism is not good. Therefore,the research of building service oriented government is necessary. The government should set up the modern idea of government,change government function, and accelerate the process of the rule of law to build service-oriented government.
