Abstract
Building a service-oriented government to adhere to the people-oriented and civic-based principles.Government departments must act in accordance with the will of the people,the public's satisfaction rating is the ultimate achievement governance standards.Improving the response of a service-oriented government is the inherent and inevitable demand of building a service-oriented government in China.At present,practice of building a service-oriented government shows that improving the service-oriented government need to strengthen to a serviceoriented government of its own buildings and enhance the participation ability of citizens to improve the government's response capability and efficiency,and to perfect the impartiality of government's response.
