Abstract
Objective To explore the lipid-regulating effect of compound Shanze Jiangzhi decoction(SZ).Methods Hyperlipidemia rat model was established by gastric perfusion with fat emulsion.SZ was given at 3.5,7 and 14 g·kg-1 for 28 d,and the blood samples were collected via aorta abdominalis to measure the serum cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C).Results Compared with the model group,the SZ high dose group remarkably reduced TC,TG,and LDL-C levels in the serum,and decreased atherogenic index value(P0.01 or P0.05).Conclusion SZ can adjust the serum lipid,prevent and treat hyperlipidemia.
