Circular Economy and Industrial Eco-efficiency Indicator System

Abstract

The concept of eco-efficiency, which is used in OECD countries, has been addressed. The purpose of promoting circular economy currently is to improve the eco-efficiency. In order to measure and evaluate the process of circular economy development, the indicators of circular economy should be established. The indicators of circular economy are preliminarily designed based on the indicator of eco-efficiency.
