The Clinical Observation of Triamcinolone Acetonide Econazole Cream in the Treatment of 78 Cases Seborrheic Dermatitis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of triamcinolone acetonide econazole cream in the treatment of microbe related skin diseases seborrheic dermatitis. Methods Seventy-eight cases treatment group was used triamcinolone acetonide econazole cream apply slightly on the affected area four weeks once everyday both morning and night. Eighty cases control group was used Compound dexamethasone acetate cream in the same method and course. Both of the two group patients,lesion was measured every week when return check. Results The effective rate of control group was 89. 30%,3 cases patient appeared side effect and was gave symptomatic treatment. To compared with the control group there was obviously difference( P 0. 05). Conclusion Triamcinolone acetonide econazole cream is safety and pouerful in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis with scanty side effect..
