Abstract
In recent years,the evaluation of the regional scientific and technological innovation capability has aroused the concern and attention of many scholars.Firstly,the evaluation index system of agricultural regional scientific and technological innovation capability was constructed;secondly,mean square error method was applied to determine the weight;and then the gray comprehensive evaluation model was established;finally,based on data in 2006-2010,the regional agricultural scientific and technological innovation capability of Hubei province was comprehensively evaluated and analyzed.The results showed that regional agricultural scientific and technological innovation capacity of Hubei province increased year by year,but there was an issue of lacking capacity for sustainable development.
