Abstract
The development of state-financed student loan for college students of our country is slow,there is a long distance between the supply of loan and the demand of poor students.This article analyses systematically the psychological factors of business banks and college students,universities'behaviour and social credit environment,reveals the reasons of restraining the state-financed student loan putting into practice smoothly.
