The research on the cause and the risk prevention mechanism of the National College Student Loan in China

To strengthen the rise prevention of the Vational College Student Loan and futher to promote the education equity and the social stability has become the focus of public attention. This article analyzes the cause of the national student loan from the existing problems and puts forward how to prevent the national student loan rishs to strengthen the management from the perspective of the before-in-after loan and the credit environment.It proposes to do well before the student loan,to mamage the student loan after the student's graduation and to enforce the student loan credit environment construction.In addition to the sound personal credit system and the sound legal restriction system,the serious punishment is necessary.
