Reflection on the Enhancement and Improvement of the State Student Loan in Local Colleges

Although a new mechanism of the State Student Loan came out,the work of the student loan in the municiple colleges in Jiangxi Province still has made little progress.There are various causes for such phenomenon: an inherent shortage in terms of the student loan system itself,the established threshold in terms of the managerial banks,the uneasy attitude of the local governments,the unwillingness of the local colleges,the credibility crisis of the loan students and so on.To speed up the work of the State Student Loan in municiple colleges,it is required to strengthen the support of the local governments,to further improve the loan system,to speed up the construction of the individual credit rating system of college students,to strengthen the credibility education of students,to spare no efforts to carry out the State Student Loan in the places of student source,and to improve the methods,so as to promote the healthy and continuous development of the State Student Loan.
