Clinical observation of captopril combined with hydrochlorothiazide tablets in the treatment of primary hypertension

Objective To explore the efficacy of Captopril combined with Hydrochlorothiazide tablets in the treatment of primary hypertension.Methods 120 patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group.The treatment group were taken captopril combined with hydrochlorothiazide tablets as treatment,and the control group were taken hydrochlorothiazide tablets as treatment,both for 8 weeks.The changes of blood pressure,complications and clinical efficacy of both groups were observed.Results The total effeciency of treatment group was 96.7%,while the control group was 71.7%,the difference between the two groups was a significant(P 0.05).After the treatment,Blood pressure of two groups were decreased than before,and the difference was significantly(P 0.05);and the treatment group was more obvious decline than the control group,the difference was significantly(P 0.05).Conclusion Captopril combined with Hydrochlorothiazide tablets may had evident effect,high security and fewer adverse reactions in the treatment of primary hypertension,which is worthy of popularization.
