Perfecting the Electoral System is Fundamentals of Democracy within the Party

Abstract

The electoral system within the Party is an important sign to measure the level and a fundamental system of democracy within the Party.Imperfections are almost unavoidable in democracy within the Party,especially the problems exsited in the election of leading cadres in Party organizations.For the sake of pushing forward the democracy within the Party,we should take the perfection and practice as the point of departure to solve the serious problems which influencing the authorities and the rights of party members and delegates to the Party Congresses.
