Abstract

In the Report of The 16th Party Committee Conference, it is indicated that the democracy within the Party is the life of the Party. There are diversified ways and levels to realize the democracy within the Party, among which the transformation and perfection of the election system within the Party put forwarded in the 16th Party Committee Conference is the most basic and urgent task. This is a major action to achieve the objectives of constructing an overall well-off society and realizing democratic politics, and to improve and enhance the construction of the Party.
