Abstract

Democracy within the party is the life of the Communist Party and the enhancement of democracy is an important issue for the construction of the party .After the 4th plenary meeting of the 13th party conference ,the party has established a series of guidelines,regulations and rules for the development of the democracy within the party ,which has pushed the democracy construction to a new level ,This paper provides an analysis of the exiting and newly emerging negative factors within the party and has put forward relevant countermeasures in dealing with this.
