Abstract
Through the analysis of spatial distribution and DTM structure of multibeam-echo sounding system,combined with multibeam data procestang with the actuality and intention of chart editing,three rules of multibeam-echo sounder system data thinning was put forward: navigation security rule,terrain improved rule and linearization rule,and the relevant model was founded.
