Abstract
According to IHO Standards for hydrographic surveys special publication N44,multibeam echo sounding in special and 1a standards could be classified as full coverage mutibeam echo sounding.There are different feature detection orders in full coverage survey.Full coverage resolution model of multibeam echo sounding were deduced here based on resolution model of multibeam echo sounding.Maximum vessel speed was also promoted in the full coverage principle.Resolution in different depth and speed were discussed by calculation,and several suggestions were discussed at last.
