Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effecacg of sodiumfetulate and benazepril hydrochlride on early diabetic nephropathy(DN)and clinicals DN.Methods 84 patients of type 2 diabetic patients with DN were randomby divided into control group(benazepril hydrochloride)and treated group(benazcpril hydrochloride and ferul ate sodium).UARE,ET,Scr,and BUN figures were compared between two groups before treatment and nine weeks after treatment. Results UAER had been decreased significantly in both groups(P0.01,P0.05),and more significantly in treated group than in control group(P0.05).Scr,ET had been decreased significantly in treated group(P0.05),while no singnificant decrease of Scr,ET had been fond incontrol group during the follow-up(P0.05),Furthermore,no significant decrease of BUN,FBG,MPIA,TC and TG had been found in both groups. Conclusion Diabetic nephropathy and benazepril hydrochloride can ameliorate proteinuria and improve renal function of the patients with early DN and clinical DN of nomal renal function.
