Abstract
We give the performance classification of regional innovation efficiency for 29 provinces of China based on Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA),thus four levels are classified.The results show that Inner Mongolia's regional innovation efficiency is in the forth level.Compared with the regions in the first and the second levels,Inner-Mongolia is low efficient in resources and underdeveloped in high technology industries,while compared with the regions in the third level,Inner-Mongolia is insufficient in investment scale.
