The evaluation on city's regional innovation efficiency based on data envelope analysis

Abstract

Based on the urban regional innovation system inputs and outputs,establish the city's regional innovation efficiency evaluation index system,use the Data Envelape Analysis(DEA),according to the 2006 statistical yearbook data on China's 11 cities in regional innovation efficiency was evaluated.Educe the cities in regional innovation efficiency of the overall situation.In addition,have analyzed the result,hoping to provide the basis to formulate region economy and technological development policy in those provinces.
