Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of budesonide (BUD) atomizing inhalation and dexamethasone atomizing inhalation on acute laryngitis in children. Methods Child patients were divided into two groups,treatment group(n=58) and control group (n=40) at random, which were treated with atomizing inhalation respectively with budesonide and dexamethasone. Results More effective outcome was gained in the treatment group than in the control group(P0.05). Conclusion Budesonide atomizing inhalation is more effective on acute laryngitis than dexamethesone atomizing inhalation.
