Abstract

The influence of Ni-Cu-P electroless plating bath composition,pH,temperature on the Ni-Cu-P alloy deposition rate, structure and properties was studied.TEM,hardness gauge and other instruments were employed to study the structure and performance. The influence pattern of bath composition and technology on the structure and performance of the electroless deposited coating was obtained. The greatest hardness value of the coatings was achieved by heat treatment at 400℃ and the value was 1080 HV.
