Abstract
Intervention means the interposition on some relations or mechanisms by outside force. In the law, not only economic law embodies the intervention of public right, but also civil law does. There are many differences between two interventions. The article mostly probes into the qualitative difference of two kinds of public right intervention, on this base, it also discusses some disputed problems existing in the system of the economic law.
