Abstract

The article queries the standpoint that excessively exaggerates the law publicing of the commercial law and replaces the commercial law with the economic law, carrying on the study of the nature of the economic law, thinking that the economic law should belong to the economic administration law from the essence. The government's intervention with the economy chould not change the nature of the commercial law.
