Abstract
From the current situation and problems in architectural vocational education,the paper explores how to improve the teaching skill standards of teachers,and points out that the colleges should start from the far-sight benefits,create chance for the teachers,improve the teaching skills of teachers,and teachers should consider about the self development and get ready to improve themselves.
