The Effective Ways of Improving English Teachers' Comprehensive Quality in Vocational and Technical Teachers Colleges

Abstract

Nowadays there are still some disadvantages in English teaching of vocational and technical teachers colleges,and the key reason is the teachers' low comprehensive quality.In order to improve the quality of English teaching in vocational and technical teachers colleges,we should enhance the teachers' quality by different approaches.Moreover,teachers should strengthen cultural quality,change educational ideas,master modern teaching means,carry out cooperation teaching pattern and elevate scientific research level.
