Clinical analysis in the treatment of CIN with Leep

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical value of Leep in treatment of CIN.Methods By cervical cytology and multi-point biopsy under colposcopy of 120 patients diagnosed as CIN through pathology were analized retrospectively,patients were randomly divided into Leep treatment group(80 cases) and control group of laser treatment(70 cases).Compared surgical time,bleeding volume,cure rate and postoperative complications of two groups.Results Both in the operation time and blood loss,Leep was significantly better than the laser group(P0.01).after six months,the cure rate of Leep group and laser control group were 96.52%(77/80) and 97.14%(68/70) respectively,but there was no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Leep treatment is superior to laser treatment,Leep treatment of CIN is an effective method,however its reliability has to be studied further.
